No Daily Progress???

  • You should see progress every day, if you are doing it right.
  • There is no reason for you not to see a process regularly, even a small one.
Each training session you should be a little more flexible than the previous session.

This should apply to the start and end of the workout.

For example here is a practitioner pictures on two consecutive workouts.

Eventually the retention would be 180.

Of course, to do that you have to go past 180 at your last round.
