Can I get a refund/return/exchange if I don't like the content?
The only time that you can get a refund is if you purchased an actual PHYSICAL DVD. You can return any unopened DVD's within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased a downlodable link you cannot get a refund, as downloadable links are not restockable and non returnable. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. To return a physical DVD please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and she will be able to assist you further. Please note that ALL OPENED DVD's are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may however , exchange it for another video of equal or lesser value by shipping it back to us. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.
Please note that once your order is processed upon shipment you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information which you can use to track your package. All packages are shipped by USPS which means that a post office will deliver it to your home with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery and the post office worker feels that it is not safe to leave the package, they will leave a notice for you to pick up your package from the post office. If your package is returned back to us due to you not picking it up from the post office, refusing it, etc., we will NOT be refunding you any shipping nor processing fees involved. If you will decide that you want us to reship the package to you, you will be responsible for any new shipping & processing fees involved.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the post office marks your package as Delivered through their tracking system, this will mean that we have fulfilled the order on our end.
What if my computer crashes and I lose these files? Can I download them again from your site?
Absolutely! All you have to do is send us your order # and a request to reactivate your download links. This is done FREE of charge and you do not have to pay anything extra for this service.
