Football Lower Body Flexibility

Unlike standard, outdated relaxed stretches our method relies on Zaichik Stretching techniques. Avoidance of stretch reflex, and action vs action joint articulations allow for fast flexibility gains.

There are three clusters:
1. Lower Center of Gravity Multi-Direction Strength Developement.
This cluster is for the defensive lineman, offensive linemen and line backers. Other players are encouraged to practice these exercises for general development.

2. Offensive angles.
This cluster explains offensive angles and how to train them for the offensive players.

3. Defensive angles.
This cluster goes over proper movement for the defensive players. While theclusters do not substitute for drills on the field, the flexibility exercise go a long way to make those skills count.

Football Upper Body Flexibility

With this program you will learn everything that you need in order to get your Shoulders flexible enough to perform a perfect Football Spiral.

Players instinctively realize that the large the lateral (outward) rotation of the shoulder, the further the ball can be thrown. This is because shoulder flexibility allow for build up kinetic energy transfered from the lower body and core to the upper body before release. Unfortunatelly many players don't have the maximum flexibility. If the shoulder is kept tight to protect form injury the, throwing distance suffers. On the other hand if the shoulder is let loose without proper strength and flexibility training, an injury can and often does result.

However most of the time, everything above the hips is neglected. This is improper as half the body is located above the pelvis. Flexible core adds greatly to players agility.
