Overhead Shoulder Flexibility
Since a downward arm movement is very powerful, many muscles work in various ranges. They all need to be stretched properly. Majority of athletes try to get the overhead movement by pulling the arm overhead or worst behind the head, as hard as they can. This is rather painful and more often than not causes chronic inflammation in various tissues, including biceps tendon and suprispinatus tendon. Our proven program isolates each muscle of the shoulder joint and of the shoulder girdle. Every muscle action is used against it's own action to quickly create space. The whole procedure is fast and free of stretch reflex pain
Double Hamstrings Flexibility

Mastering Tuck and Pike Position
Pike and Tuck Positions are common body positions used in various sports. Most common use of pike and tuck can be witnessed in Diving, Gymnastics and Trampolining. Standard tuck and pike training involves relaxed stretches. Those work slowly and don't transfer well into the skills. Our program uses kinesiological stretching techniques. Each skill is quickly taken apart into individual muscle groups. Every muscle is stretched individually. Furthermore action vs action principle allows to avoid the stretch reflex. (The pain of the stretch reflex is what prevents athletes from become flexible fast.)
There are three sections. The conditioning section. The progression section, which also include extra exercises, if additional help is needed. And the serratus activation section. Two types of progressions are covered. The strength progression is developed for people who have strong overhead press. This progression allows to develop the handstand through controlling how low the center of gravity is. The flexibility/balance progression works on mastering the handstand for flexible, but less strong people. This program focuses more on body control. The two progression can also be combined for even faster handstand mastery.
