YOUR SIDE SPLIT ISN’T ONE STRETCH

It’s a skill made up of individual flexibility, movement and strength requirements.

If you're working on your Side Split but haven't reached the range you want, simply repeating the same stretches may not be enough.

EasyFlexibility breaks the skill into its individual requirements, helps you work more specifically on the areas that still need attention, and then connects that new range back to the complete Side Split.

WHY CAN SIDE SPLIT PROGRESS SLOW DOWN?

A Side Split depends on several flexibility, movement and strength requirements working together.

As your range improves, some of those requirements may already be well developed while another still needs more attention.

That’s why progressing farther doesn’t always mean stretching more. Sometimes it means training more specifically.

WHY THE SAME STRETCH DOESN’T WORK THE SAME FOR EVERYONE

Two people can be at almost the same Side Split angle and still be limited by different things.

One person may need more range from an adductor. Another may be limited somewhere else. Even your right and left sides can respond differently.

That’s why the Zaichik Method doesn’t simply ask everyone to repeat the same full Side Split stretch.

Instead, you work through specific techniques for the individual areas involved, so you can give more attention to what your body still needs.

AS YOUR RANGE CHANGES, YOUR TRAINING CHANGES WITH IT

Same Side Split goal. Different stage. Different needs.

The exercises that help you build your first 120°–135° of range are not necessarily the same exercises you need when you are approaching a flat 180° Side Split.

That is why EasyFlexibility uses separate Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced programs.

You do not start with Beginner because you are new to EasyFlexibility. You start with the level that matches the flexibility you already have.
1. FIND WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK
Your Side Split depends on several different muscles and movement patterns.
If one area needs more range than the others, it can limit the whole position.
2. WORK ON IT MORE SPECIFICALLY
Zaichik techniques let you focus on the areas that still need more flexibility instead of only repeating the full split position.
As your range changes, the exercises can change with you.
3. USE THE RANGE YOU GAIN
Supporting movement and strength exercises help you become comfortable and capable in your new range.
The goal is not just to stretch farther. It is to improve your complete Side Split.

SEE THE METHOD IN ACTION

Take a look inside the training style before choosing your level.

WHERE IS YOUR SIDE SPLIT RIGHT NOW?

Choose the range that looks most like where you are today.

You do not need to begin with our Beginner program if your current range already places you at Intermediate or Advanced.
BEGINNER
Building your foundation
Best if you are still developing the basic range needed for a wider Side Split.
INTERMEDIATE
Around 135° and working toward 180°
Best if you already have significant range but cannot yet reach a flat 180° Side Split.
ADVANCED
At or near 180°
Best if you already have a full or near-full Side Split and want to develop greater range and control.

NOT SURE WHICH LEVEL YOU ARE?

Choose the level that most closely matches your current comfortable range. If you are right on the border between two levels, starting with the lower level is the more conservative choice.

WHAT YOU’LL TRAIN

Whichever level you choose, you are getting a complete Side Split progression—not a random collection of stretches.
MOBILITY
Prepare the joints and movement patterns involved in the Side Split.
SKILL-SPECIFIC WARM-UP
Gradually prepare your body for deeper flexibility work.
ZAICHIK STRETCHING TECHNIQUES
Train the flexibility requirements of the skill more specifically.
SUPPORTING STRENGTH
Build control and connect your new range to the final skill.

BEGINNER — BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Choose Beginner if you are still building the basic range needed for a wider Side Split.

This level establishes the flexibility, movement and supporting strength foundation that later ranges build on.

INTERMEDIATE — FROM ABOUT 135° TOWARD 180°

You can start here even if you have never used EasyFlexibility before.

Choose Intermediate if you already have significant Side Split range—around 135° or more—but still cannot reach a flat 180° position.

This level introduces a different set of conditioning exercises, Zaichik Stretching Techniques and supporting work for the range you are trying to reach next.

ADVANCED — BEYOND THE BASIC 180° GOAL

Choose Advanced if you already have a full or near-full Side Split and want to continue developing greater range, control and advanced flexibility.

This level is designed for the stage beyond simply reaching 180°.

STUDENT RESULTS

Different starting points. Different limitations. One structured system that progresses with your range.
STUCK FOR YEARS
Different starting points can require different training problems to be solved.
PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Track the range you are building instead of relying only on how a stretch feels.
TRAIN AT YOUR LEVEL
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced each address a different stage of the same skill.

ONE PAYMENT. LIFETIME ACCESS.

EasyFlexibility is not another monthly flexibility membership. Choose the program that matches your current level, train at your own pace, and keep access to it in your online library.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to start with Beginner?
No. If your current range matches Intermediate or Advanced, you can start there.

How do I know whether I am Intermediate?
The current Intermediate guidance is for students around 135° or beyond who are working toward a flat 180° Side Split.

How often do I train?
Most Side Split programs are designed around approximately 30–40 minute sessions, 2–3 times per week.

Is it only stretching?
No. The programs combine Zaichik Stretching Techniques with mobility, skill-specific preparation and supporting movement/strength work.

Is this a subscription?
No. Programs are sold with one-time payment and lifetime access.
