EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS CORP - EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS DEGREES REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards Corp - EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM (“EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards") which is operated by ElasticSteel Corporation, or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “ElasticSteel") in Hollywood, FL, the fifty (50) United States of America, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with ElasticSteel for other products and services, such as ElasticSteel (EasyFlexibility Gift Cards). ElasticSteel reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.EasyFlexibility.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards.

The ElasticSteel Corp - EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how ElasticSteel collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.

EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards is one way in which ElasticSteel endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing EasyFlexibility products. Members of EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards are able to earn and accumulate “Points" that can be redeemed for EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards benefits, also known as “Rewards," at EasyFlexibility.com.

 JOINING EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS

At this time there is only one way to enroll in EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards and begin accumulating Points. To enroll you must:

1. Have purchased any of our EasyFlexibility Splits Programs such as Open Front Split, Side Split, True Front Split, etc., and be a current and active practitioner of said programs.
2. Sign up to use our EasyFlexibility Splits App Tracking Program available at

   http://easyflexibility.azurewebsites.net

3. Upload your photo which showcases how many degrees your split is currently at by using the EasyFlexibility Splits App which tracks your progress.
4. Agree to be on the Lederboard which automatically displays your progress as you continue to train using any of our Splits Programs which you have purchased from our online store at EasyFlexibility.com. By agreeing to be a part of the Lederboard you automatically agree to have your photos, your name, your username, and any and all information that you share with us via any of our websites to be made public. Giving us the right to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes without any further rights to additional consideration or accounting.
5. Send an e-mail informing us of your decision to join the Splits Rewards Program to info@easyflexibility.com, please include your full name, your e-mail that you have used to register with to the splits app and your order # with the program that you are presently practicing to improve your splits.
6. Continue to upload new photos to your console at http://easyflexibility.azurewebsites.net  

The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number, birthday, name, and marketing preferences.

EARNING SPLITS DEGREE POINTS

The benefits that are available to you through EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards are based on the number of “Points" that you earn. You can earn points in only one way, by showcasing your progress through the EasyFlexibility Splits App. The more degrees you progress, the more points you will earn. For example if you started out with a split that was 140 degrees and progressed to 160 degrees within a certain time frame, following the protocol outlined for you in the video download of any of the splits programs offered by ElasticSteel Corp, you would then have earned 20 points redeemable for a $20.00 e-gift card to www.EasyFlexibility.com. The deeper your split becomes the more points you earn.

There are no membership fees associated with EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

Your Points, Rewards, and your account under EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, ElasticSteel reserves the right to suspend any EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards  and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards if ElasticSteel determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. ElasticSteel may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

Without notice to you, ElasticSteel also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the ElasticSteel Corp - EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM any account that has been inactive for two (6) consecutive months. Inactive is defined as no Points earned. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

ElasticSteel reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the EasyFlexibility Splits Rewards Corp - EASYFLEXIBILITY SPLITS REWARDS PROGRAM at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
