Conditions to Participate
- You must not be a customer.
- You must commit to training 20 minutes per day, three times per week.
- You will join a private Facebook group where you will share your weekly progress and be coached accordingly.
- Coaching is for free, there's nothing to be paid or subscribe to. You will be provided for free our "Essential Programs" that are being offered at $4.95
- What's in for us? The progress you get will be shared publicly in our social media.
- This helps us reach more people, mostly those who may not yet be completely sure our method works. You get to experiment it for yourself getting free coaching, and outsiders get to see progress on others.
To join send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating in the subject the word "Challenge" followed by the challenge you want to enrol in:
- turn out
- side splits
- hip flexors
You will be receiving instructions on how to join the group and start training.
