Advanced Hamstrings

anced Hamstrings routine goes deep into the applications of the kinesiological stretching techniques. In addition to action vs action of the same muscles, muscle contractions are utilized. The goal of this routine is absolute posterior chain flexibility. This flexibility is measured by having absolutely no restriction in the hamstrings, and other synergists such as calf, lower adductors and glutes. Touching head to the toes with locked knee is a standard indication. Advanced Hamstrings program also develops full control and strength in the deep ranges of the hamstrings.

Mastering Tuck and Pike Position

Pike and Tuck Positions are common body positions used in various sports. Most common use of pike and tuck can be witnessed in Diving, Gymnastics and Trampolining. Standard tuck and pike training involves relaxed stretches. Those work slowly and don't transfer well into the skills. Our program uses kinesiological stretching techniques. Each skill is quickly taken apart into individual muscle groups. Every muscle is stretched individually. Furthermore action vs action principle allows to avoid the stretch reflex. (The pain of the stretch reflex is what prevents athletes from become flexible fast.)

One leg

One Leg Squat is sometimes called Pistol Squat among body weight training enthusiasts. In figure skating the same technique is called Sit Spin. This program demonstrates many different progressions, allowing you to customize exactly what you need to master the one leg squat fast. There are progression for lack in strength in various muscle groups. There are also progression focusing on various flexibility issues, as described above. Many people have mastered the one leg squat, just after a few sessions with this program.

Side Split Cold

This program contains two components.

Regardless if you are looking for the first option (cold split without the warm up) or the second option (to transfer it into your chosen skills), this program covers both. This DVD covers all three of the requirement need for total and complete mastery over your split, taking beyond just a sitting straddle.

Standing Front split

a Standing Front Split is most often a demonstration skill. It looks impressive. However it can do more than just help score high points in competition. Mastering this technique develops greater awareness of one's body. In addition it transfer wells into skills of sports like martial arts, gymnastics, dancing, pole dancing, yoga, figure skating, cheerleading, etc.

Standing Side Split

Standing Side Split or a Standing Open Front Split is a technical terms for various sports and athletic activities. Where the skill is a side split or an open front split depends mainly on the rotation of the supporting leg. In the sport of Figure Skating this position is called the I-Spin or the Y-Spin. In Cheerleading it's named the Heel Stretch or Bow and Arrow for the Flyer. Other disciplines such as Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts and Gymnastics often employ this position. Our standing split program combines kinesiological stretching techniques with other modalities. Those include extended length conditioning and reciprocal inhibition.

Hip Flexors Flexibility

How to know if this program is for you. For many people the use of this program is it's patented kinesiological streching techniques and their difference from standard stretches.  One of the large problem with mainstream stretching techniques is that, if you can't stretch, you don't know what is holding you back. In terms of the hip flexors, it can be Sartorius, Rectus Femoris, Tensor Fasciae Latea, Pectenius, Psoas or Illiacus. It can also be upper Adductors or even Gluteus Minimus. If one is tight, the rest will not move. Kinesiological stretches allow you to get each one by itself and lengthen much faster, once you know where the problem is

Back Bridge Upward Bow, Wheel Pose

A standard way of mastering this exercise is attempt it from scratch with coach or partner lifting the athlete by the hip or worst by the lower back. Our program takes apart each joint and then each muscle articulating in each joint. Than each tissue is worked individually with kinesiological stretching techniques to avoid the painful stretch reflex, while quickly lengthening the muscles, culminating in a beautiful Back Bridge.
