This package contains the following programs:

- Side Split
- Open Front Split
- Lateral Core Advanced (Side Stretching/Bending - Intermediate)
(For specific Kicking training check out the ElasticSteel Kick Mastery System clicking here)
Internal Hip Rotation
A very common practice in Olympic Taekwondo schools is to do forced internal rotation hip stretches, such as the hurdles stretch leaning back. There is a much faster and safer approach. This approach targets each of the external hip rotators individually. Addressed one by one, and using kinesiological stretches, the results come very quickly. The pain of stretch reflex is avoided. At the same time, our program strengthens the internal rotators in key positions, so that a kick can be delivered with minimum effort. .
Side Split Flexibility
Standard methods of mastering this split involve torture, PNF, Isometrics, etc. Yes, torture, since having people stand on you and push you down or pull your legs apart, while you cry out in pain can't be called a picnic. Other methods listed involve various muscles contractions combined with relaxation periods. The later work faster, but still involve pain and risk of injury. Kinesiological stretching techniques do it the smart way and not the hard way. Stretching reflex is not wrestled with, but rather is avoided. So pain and injury don't stop the progress. Each muscle is isolated and get's manipulated through muscle space created, using various muscles actions against each other. Having tested various methods against each other. This is the safest, most pleasant and faster method known today
Open Front Split
Many people perform this split largely from the flexibility of their inner hamstrings on the lead leg. This allows the hips to get to the floor in a split, but places a lot of stress on the front leg, and on the lower back if one would try to sit up right. This often leads to injuries when the split is transfered over into skills. Kinesiological Stretching techniques allow a complete focus not only on each hip individually, but on each of the muscles separately. This makes sure that the flexiblility is coming from all the structures. Each muscles does it's job, instead of all the pressure being placed on already overstretches muscles. And just like all other EasyFlexibility Programs. The results come fast and safe
Side Stretching/Bending - Intermediate
Lateral Bending is often neglected compared to other targets of flexibility training, such as hamstrings or adductors. In our program a new and unique approach called kinesiological stretching is taken. Each muscle is isolated and various actions are used against each other to create length. This allows to avoid the pain of the stretch reflex and speed up the flexibility gains
