If you don't schedule it, it won't happen

Schedule your training people. And keep a training diary where you write down:

1. what you did each day.
2. how you felt with the training, if there were any pains or breakthroughs.
3. what you discovered that you have to work on in your next session (this one will keep you moving forward connected to what's next).

How many of you are doing this already?

How many of you are not doing it and are having difficulties to get to train?

The diary may be what you are needing.

If you don't have a plan, forget about your goals, actually most likely you forgot about what goals you set at the beginning of the year...

So go buy a little notebook, be clear about when you are working towards your goal and what you are doing. Write down the 3 points mentioned above each day.

This is the way to achieve your goals!
